FAQ

How often should I cleanse my brushes?

With a quick dry brush cleanser, you can do it daily. if not, daily then once a week is recommended for brushes used frequently with liquid formulas such as foundations, concealers. Eyeshadow and powder brushes can be washed once every two weeks.  There is no harm washing them as often as you feel.

What type of brushes does this work on?

Whether your brush is natural, synthetic, a kabuki, fan or contour brush, no matter the size.

 Is this safe on the skin?

Our solution is 100% safe to use on all textures and, most importantly, safe on your skin.      Though we do not recommend this product being applied directly onto skin and only directly onto your makeup brushes whilst cleansing them.

Do I need to rinse with water?

As our product is a rinse free liquid no need to rinse after dipping your brush into liquid. All you need to do is wipe your brush onto paper towel / cloth and leave to dry. If you do choose to rinse with water please keep in mind that your brushes will take much longer to dry.

Can I return or exchange my product?

  • Pour cleaning solution into tin* 
  • Dip brush into solution so that ¼ of brush bristle is immersed
  • Remove after 5 seconds
  • Wipe brush clean on a dry paper towel
